RxLookup

RxLookup does not collect, store, or transmit any personal or sensitive user data.

Information Usage

RxLookup is designed to allow users to search for medications and view basic reference information such as drug class, generic name, and common uses.

Local Storage

The extension uses Chrome local storage to temporarily store recent medication search queries and user interface preferences. This storage is used solely to improve performance and usability, such as displaying previous results without reloading. All data stored using Chrome local storage remains on the user’s device and is not transmitted, shared, or synced externally.

Third-Party Services

RxLookup accesses external medication data APIs solely to retrieve drug reference information. No browsing activity or personal data is shared with these services.

Data Sharing

RxLookup does not sell, share, or transfer user data to third parties.

Remote Code

RxLookup does not download or execute remote code. All executable code is bundled within the extension at install time.

User Control

Users may remove all locally stored data at any time by clearing the extension’s storage or uninstalling the extension.

Changes

This privacy policy may be updated if the extension’s functionality or permissions change.
